Step 1 – Summary of Project
This blog post talk about how to create a sticky and successful presentation to everything, I did this blog because there are a lot of people around the world that does not know how to create a good presentation or they just make bore presentations.
Step 2 – What is Good Presentation?
Adding pictures helps to keep interest the viewer, if you don’t add pictures to your presentation in few weeks or months the viewer will just remember a 10% of the information, but if we add a picture in few weeks or months the viewer will remember a 60% of the information.
How to make your idea rememberable.
Simple
Be simple is not a bad choice because it’s easy to read and understand, try to don’t full a page with a lot of images or color that will make the audience have a hard time try to read the text,
Unexpected
When we experience something over and over it will stop calling our attention, like in a airline when they are doing the safety process, when it is your 3rd time in a airplane you might don’t care about it, but if the airline start doing something unexpected like dance or sing they will call your attention because you have not see that before.
Credible
When you are giving information about anything is very important that you give evidence that shows that your information is true and you are not just wasting their time.
Concrete
Try to be concise when you are making a presentation because if for example you have to do a presentation in a really important matting for a millionaire person or a important company, they are not going to wait 1 hour until you finish the presentation, so try to be fast but concise when you are giving information. don’t waste the time of your audience.
Emotive
If we share a tragic information without showing emotions we are not going to call the viewer attention but if we add pictures to it and show how hard it is, we are going to be able to move our viewers.
Stories
Humans love stories, it is the best way to call their attention, firefighter learn from each one by sharing their stories.
Simplicity its not a bad thing, actually it is really powerful.
In the beginner’s mind say there a lot of possibilities, but the expert’s mind say there are a few. A tip is get away from technology to identify what’s important and what’s not.
Use restraint.
Step 3 – Brainwriting and Brainstorming Ideas
A Brainwriting and Brainstorming Ideas is the very effective with to little or no distraction, it help us to record any idea about what we are brainstorming and then we can easily see those ideas that are important are no too important.

Step 4 – Creating the Storyboard
Storyboards helps you to organize your ideas better and it is the best way to teach or show something to your audience. Storyboards helps you to share your idea without spending time making the presentation

Step 5 – Gathering and Citing Images
You have to cite any material that you are using if it’s not yours, even if it is in creative commons or copy written, if you don’t cite any material that is not yours may have several consequences, if the imagine is in copy written you will need to ask for permission to the author of the imagine to use it, if it is on creative commons you won’t need to ask for permission but you have to cite the author.
Step 6 – Creating the Master Slide
The master slide controls all the slide show. The master slide is a very effective tool that will help us to work fast and it can changes all the slide show in a short period of time. So set the master slide before you start working on

Step 7 – Building the Slide Show
I put the words first to help me keep on task and work faster, then I added the images to make the presentation look nice and interesting. This is helpful because the human brain work at it maximum capacity doing one thing at a time.

Step 8 – Sharing the Slide Show
This is my presentation: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1RtqBoATTCXP0ZY4PqkxwsRBsVOwlV6qeeLQED3U5hTA/edit?usp=sharing
I used this process because it look more interesting for the viewer and it won’t bore the viewers to death.
Step 9 – Preparing to Present/Pitch
The most of the time the people don’t present because they don’t feel confident about them-self and I am one of those people so to prepare for my presentation I practice with my family and friends once each 2 days. I did not prepare a lot for this presentation because I knew it was going to be a quick presentation but usually the presentation are not quick specially when is in a meeting, so you might need to practice at least 20 or 15 minutes per each 1 minute of your presentation.
Step 10 – What I Learned
I learned that for the people is easy to remember visual information, stories and emotional experience, than a single paragraph, and specially how to make a good presentation to call viewers attention and don’t bored them to dead.
